Gen/Fluff -- Cole learns how to make flower crowns...

... and he goes about giving one to EVERYONE.

Sometimes he can just present the crown to someone and they'll willingly put it on. Other times he has to subtly place it on their head for them.

Bonus points
* while sneaking a flower crown onto someone's head, he's caught but instead of backing off, he just moves very slowly (as if moving fast will scare the person away) and gently puts the crown on their head. The newly crowned person is very confused. (I kind of want this person to be Cullen but up to Anon)
* He whispers "shhhh be happy" after every crown placement.

Evelyn now found flower crowns on her desk every other day she spent at Skyhold; she’d made it a bit of a habit to braid them into her hair in a different way each day.
