ouch!
Came from a job interview this afternoon and went for a late lunch with my boyfriend. Leaving the food joint, I don't know what happened - maybe I took a step forward and didn't see the hidden step, maybe I was already leaning on the edge of the hidden step, who knows - but I fell forward on all fours and skinned the hell out of my knees.

Hero
My dog, Hero, died yesterday around noon. She was a mix of poodle and terrier, and lived to be 16-17 years old. I received several text messages and a voice mail from my parents telling me in minor detail - her last day, and how they buried her in the garden ( Read more... ) -

I get this text message last night from my father:
"As we discussed before, that we will tell both of u what's happening to hero ur mom wants u to know that hero is really weak, confused & we think almost totally blind now. She's still ok, if things change we'll let u know."
