I... might have to do this... especially since PC game means mods for skipping the fade, the deep roads, and killing all baddies.

DAO on the PC is AMAZING. The mods are just fantastic, and I find the combat much more enjoyable.

I'm going to have to spam the "kill all baddies" mod because I am nooooooot a PC gamer at all. I love me my Xbox controller--it's so much easier for me; much more intuitive... and it doesn't make my carpal's flare up. lol

Though--just had a thought--I think there's a way to link a Xbox controller to a PC... hmmmm...

Edit: Whoops. I spoke before looking at the link. That's the 360 version. I'm on a One. Thankfully, however, the setup looks to be much easier on a One.

Ok, so I just bought a new mac and I'm also totally new to computer gaming... is there any way at all to make this work on a mac? lol

There is a Mac version available, but I'm not sure if that's included in this offer - it should be listed on Origin as well. Mods also work on Mac, although they install slightly differently, :) (Though, FYI, DAI is not coming out for Mac. Not any time soon, anyway.)

Yeah, I didn't see it listed anywhere on Origin, but I'll look again :)

I'm getting DAI for the 360 so I'm good on that front :) I just finally get a computer that can run games and... it's a mac lol x) I mean, I didn't get it for gaming, but stillllll.

It is totally, totally worth it on PC for the mods.

Plus, it's so much prettier than on console.

I remember playing ME1 on console for the first time and being shocked at how pretty everything looked, having previously played it on my comp! Lol

Okay. YMMV depending on your computer. :) It was /scads/ better going to my desktop (which was a hand-me-down gaming rig) versus my PS3 and decrepit laptop.
