They hadn't made it past the staircase before. It had been a frantic, frenzied joining of flesh. A race to see who could undress faster.
Now it was slow and easy, his every kiss an apology. Feelings of nostalgia mixed with the excitement of the moment, sweeping hands on his markings, bites on his neck and shoulders and he caressed her with lips and tongue. Déjà vu and novelty as she learned his body all over again.
