Oooh, yes, I've seen the board games one. It's lovely. I think she did one about TV shows Teal'c watches, too- I remember because it mentioned The West Wing.

And you deserve the rec!

Men With Brooms! \o/ (I've written slash for it. :D) I love the way Canadian movies are just ... off from Hollywood expectations. In this case, it's pretty much a PG-style sports underdogs movie. Except that the sex and drugs? So not a PG movie!

Also, Teal'c!

Ooooh! Men with Brooms fic! I never would have found that. And, ooh! You have masses of Slings&Arrows recs. I've only ever read the Yuletide stuff. (Slings&Arrows is my favorite Paul Gross. I like it much better than due South, though I'm always embarrassed to admit that in fandom).

I adore Due South--it's just so lovable, and I have a mad crush on Callum Keith Rennie! But Slings & Arrows is so absolutely amazing, as well. Both make you laugh and cry and fall in love, but I think S&A is, well, better done. DS had longer seasons, less budget (I'm guessing), and less of a story through-line, so the seams show a little, sometimes. S&A is tighter, and more consistent in its storytelling. (Plus: Shakespeare!!!)
