Bless! That is the sweetest thing to say. Ah yes, I am alive, as the clicking of this keyboard demonstrates but have been taking a mental and physical break from the hurly-burly of LJ and footie slash, but of course the resumption of EPL hostilities will possibly presage a resurrection of sorts.

Reading your fic made me miss writing. I used to write so much! And I'm now engaged in the heart breaking exercise that is revisiting old stories and wondering where that person went. *sighs* Oh, I wrote Gaz/Becks/Smudger too which is why the memory land mines suddenly exploded. Seems like a lifetime ago bella, really it does....

Alan thinks he's joking until David says, "I only did that once," meanwhile plucking his shirt from Alan's hands and folding it neatly over a chair.

HAHAHA. WIN.

The moment is spoiled when Gary says, "I see you're not callin' 'im Victoria."

"I still say that should be taken as a compliment," replies David airily. He looks at Alan, who is gazing up at him under raised eyebrows. "Anyway, he's the one who keeps shouting 'Come on you Reds' at the crucial moment."
