Went down to Osceola to look at Townhomes today. I have a bid in for a condo up at Metrowest but I don't think my bank will approve the loan for that area since so many units in that complex are investor owned. I'll be moving out of my current apartment complex at the end of July so I might be staying at an extended stay hotel for a few months
