Close to my train station is a hair & beauty salon that I've been meaning to photograph for the last three years. Today I finally did.

They're called Caliente & Hair on the Highway.

And there's so much wrong in all the rest, (no even counting the Sim mind references lol), "hair on the highway" "spay Tan" and "H cuts"

Eyelash perming is no different to hair perming. If you use curlers all the time, then it's a way to decrease on getting-ready-to-go-out time.

The whole place looks as dodgy as the sign... wasn't Sweeny Todd a hairdresser of sorts?

There's a lunch bar two shops down. =P

But that said, it's in an area with a fairly high count of break-ins at commercial premises. In the same block are 4 sales yards that have barbedwire & German Shepherd guard dogs. Beauty products like they'd have are not cheap, so the security makes sense.
