So I've been considering building some more houses. Possibly a community lot or two as well, but mostly the idea has been houses

Ever thought about doing different versions of the same house? Might be a fun challenge to figure out how to keep the feel of the original (made with all E/SPs) through the versions.

I don't download houses so I can't really give advice on what I like.

Oh my, I'm all *fangrrl* about your houses. Every house you've shown, I've adored. Personally, I lack OFB and Pets, so I'd vote base + NL for my own selfish purposes, but I expect I'll cave and get both at some point. For the Greater Good, I'd say do the Mac-friendly EPs.

I love it when my houses have more than one room for adult couples, as well as some kids' rooms. I tend to have huge households because I just can't stop breeding them. I also like the houses that have a gym, a craft room, and maybe some place to stick a few reward items. Dang those things--like the surgical dummy and the virus maker--are huge. I don't like my babies in the same room as my toddlers, because some one will be dumb and put the baby on the floor, which automatically wakes up the toddler. (huh?)

I'll set up an anygame of Base & Nightlife then. Though I know that's going to drive me mad - it's bad enough listening to me whine about the lack of choice in the Mac spec =P

Is this the sort of layout you like? Ignoring the Nursery which would need to be different.

Any particular lot size you would prefer?
Single,double or triple story or doesn't matter?

I'll be building with base game & nightlife only, & will have no cc in it at all to keep the download as small as possible for you.

Not the BIGGEST few lot sizes would be preferable, and one or two stories. I'm too likely to lose sims on a huge lot with three stories. xD
