I would replace 'her' with a name. so that the reader can either find out who if they don't already know, or immediately get a face in their mind....

*laughs at the magazines* Three months old only? AMAZING! Normally the ones in any waiting rooms I've been in with those kinds of mags are over a year old. xD

I TOTALLY CONCURRED WITH EVERYONE, this was WAY short I was just getting into it and BAM, over! *giggles*
