Stop busting my ass, staying late, and not taking lunch, all without putting it down on my time sheet.

You owe it to yourself to get paid for the time you put in.

I know. But whenever I put OT down, my boss chastises me. Even if it's as little as 1 extra hour.

So instead of putting down OT, I try instead to leave a little early on days when I finish earlier. Which then screws me anyway because instead of taking that time to work on my Lab Notebook, I leave early.

There's no winning :(
