Good tactic, I think, I've heard that at least it can help with remember names, which I often have a problem with. I've often heard folks are extremely flattered when you're able to remember key details about them after even only a nrief encounter, scuch that you can recall their first name and remember what they seemed passionate about/interested in -- like you stuck out in their heads. I've always wanted the ability to do that. Without seeming creepy -- which is the key part.
while that would be helpful, i actually did mean it in a creepy way... as in, i'd like to know everything there is to know about a person so i can decide if they are worth time/love/money or i guess anything else you can save if they suck, deep down inside.
im not trying to instigate anything but i dont understand why my post was deleted from the tattoo community. you left a comment saying that i should have read the community guidelines, if you could please clarify what i happened to do that was wrong, that would be fantastic. the picture i posted was no larger than other ones that appear on the page uncut and it was topic appropriate considering it was displaying my backpiece and there was nothing offensive about the post. thanks.
also im sorry for bringing this onto your personal journal, but as you deleted my post within the community there was no way for me to reply to you. feel free to delete these comments after you get back to me, if you decide to.
part of the guidelines jokingly state 'nobody cares about how cute you are'. that is to say it's a tattoo community not suicide girls or myspace. the first picture which probably should have been under a cut, was totally irrelevant. you could barely make out the outline on your back, and i removed it soley out of consideration for people who have tradtattoos on their friends list that have to see every post on there and don't care how 'good someone's figure is'.
the first picture was relevant because part of the what contributes to the beauty of the piece is the placement. while the second photo showed more detail, illustrating the location on the body and how where it is located in relation to the curves of my body is just as important as the design itself, because thats what differentiates the art of decorating the three dimensional human body from flash on a piece of paper. but i guess we will just have to disagree to disagree on that issue.
