Did you add tags by typing them directly?
Have you tried selecting the existing tags? Adding existing tags to entries is open to entry's author, if you can't do it this way it's kind of weird...*puzzled*

No, I add by selecting tags, yet for unknown reason, error occurs. Right now after posting, I can add by 'edit tags'.
