---->go to photobucket and reload that picture (if that's the one you want), then resize it down to under 100x100, but not a lot under. It's better if you crop the picture to a square before you upload it to photobucket so the dimensions won't make it have to be really small (like if it's originally 1000 by 500 you would have to resize it down to 100 by 50, which would make it really lopsided...or something like that).
