Okay ... I could be completely wrong, but here goes:

3. Draco to Crabbe or Goyle (actually to the Polyjuiced Harry or Ron) in Chamber of Secrets.

4. From Dogma maybe (George Carlin's character)? Or the Devil's Own (no idea who would have said that)?

5. Alec Baldwin's character in Ocean's Eleven, talking on the phone during the robbery.

7. Ooooh, it's driving me crazy!!!

9. Shakespeare something or other. Maybe Shakespeare in Love (♥ that movie, but it's been a while)?

10. Sounds sick enough to be Hannibal Lecter speaking to Jodie Foster's character in Silence of the Lambs.

14. Star Wars, Obi Wan says to Anikan as they're about to do something-or-other (I think he says it many times). Movie #3 of the prequels is the time I'm thinking, though. OR it could even be Han Solo in one of the originals.
