"God, Potter, you're such an arse," Pansy snapped when Draco had left them alone at the table for a moment.
"What did I do," Harry demanded, shock leaking out of every pore.
"Why do you have to push," she seethed. "Why can't you accept what he can give, why can't you love him anyway?"
"I do love him," Harry swore, leaning back and pasting a smile on his face when Draco brought out the first plates.
"Prove it," Pansy hissed when they were alone again. "Because fyi, he won't tell you if you push. He'll leave."
"He can't," Harry breathed.
