because apparently I'm only a size Medium in the US, not a size Large. :D This makes me very happy and I will be emigrating soon... *g*

My t-shirts from 80's tees arrived today. :D I got this one, this one and this one. :D

Had a very busy day at work. So much so that I had to leave some of it for the morning and I hate going in to yesterday's ( Read more... )

Heh, no need to feel guilty. I'm sure I'll enjoy it. Although the concept of first person porn is a tricky one... :D

I wanted the transcripts to just double check the dialogue, but I suppose I'll just have to rewatch the ep while I'm writing. Such hardship. *g*

Wahooo! Someone else who doesn't like The Da Vinci Code!! Every time I slate it people look at me funny and say stuff like..."but...Tom Hanks!... and it's good." No. It's not. It's really really not. Glutton for punishment that I am, I actually read the whole thing...and snarled all the way through it. Lol. I have this thing about finishing books once I start them, even if they are awful.

I even once had someone say "It's a true story isn't it?" *headdesk* How do you even answer that question?? LOL!

Thinking of doing it in first person, huh, as a voice-over? That's one hell of a challenge. I use voice-over bits in my Macfic, but only as accent moments; most of it's third person.

And the whole research thing really is soooo tough, especially with Mac. *G*

I used to make myself finish every book I started. Then I tried to read the second Thomas Covenant trilogy. I ended up throwing it across the room so hard it bounced off the far wall (and it was a library book!) Now I follow the "life's too short" philosophy.

Tom Hanks is a very good actor, but that I'd rather watch a good movie twice than a crappy movie once.

I live in the US. I had to learn to ignore crazy stupid stuff a long time ago!

I tried first person, but it's not really working. LOL. And yeah, watching the same shirtless scene over and over...and over... man it's tough! *g*

LOL! I don't think I've ever actually thrown a book across a room, but I've been close a few times. The last Harry Potter book? Totally wanted to throw tantrums and chuck it at a wall...but in a good way. Not in a Da Vinci way.
