I don't think we're supposed to be comfortable with the business of having sex while wearing someone else's body -- it should be obviously bad ethics. (As far as I'm concerned, it's a form of rape.) It's going to come around and bite them hard.
I've already half forgotten chunks of the episode, but I think they resolve the "naturally occuring Naquadria" thing at some point.

It's not far off. Dub-con at least. They must have to consent to switching bodies, but as for what happens while they're switched... it's iffy.
