Atonement is also among my top 3. Love this book!

:D

Have you read any of his other stuff? I love all of it! Lol. I've turned into a bit of an Ian McEwan fangirl. :)

Yep, read most of his other books too (note to self: must catch up with my McEwan reading list ;). Although I must say I didn't like every book, he is still one of my favourite contemporary writers. Besides Atonement my favourites are "Enduring Love" and "Saturday".

If he'd done nothing else in life than write these books, he'd already be immortal (heck, for Atonment already he's immortal ;)

Enduring Love was my introduction to McEwan when I was doing my English A-Level. It's rare for me to love a book so much after it's been dissected in a classroom. :)

I don't think I've read Saturday yet... I think it's in my "to read" pile.

I loved "A Thousand Splendid Suns". I read it a few months back and couldn't put it down, it was so captivating. I still haven't got round to reading "Atonement". It's on my list, but my list seems to be longer than the time I have to read :(

'Hearts in Atlantis' has been on my 'to read' shelf for a long time. I really outta dust it off and give it a go.
