oh ps - I'm going to look at that house either Tuesday or Thursday evening - want in on that? I already emailed to find out about the pipes since it's from the '60s (and originally probably had clay pipes and hopefully doesn't anymore but it might and that would be bad) and to ask if the roof has had any work ... any other things I need to ask? I figure foundation is addressed by the inspector, same as termites...

I would be emailing you, but my email address book can't seem to find your email address. Grrr! So I wanted to see if you were interested in cosplaying as an RE4 chainsaw lady again! Nick remembered that you already had the costume and whatnot. There are 7 people in the room, and 6 of us already have costume ideas:

Mike - Louis Sera (and possibly the Joker for one of the days)

Heck yeah, I'd be up for cosplaying as a Bella Sister! I never got to wear that costume to a con last year, so I was going to do it this time anyway. Count me in! ^_^
