Eeee, shippies! I could go on forever on this, but I'll try to keep it short. : D My favorties are:

Doctor Who
Doctor/Rose - because its canon anyway, and who doesn't just *love* them?
Doctor/Jack - they're practically made for each other and so adorable. (Also the first slash pairing I ever grew to really like.)

I love Doctor/Rose (my only canon ship besides Buffy/Angel), but I also think Doctor/Donna would be nice. I liked Nine/Jack better than Ten/Jack. I also like Doctor/Master.

On Torchwood: Jack/Ianto (but they are canon, right?).
