The rest of the team balked at his request to wear ties, but Kent scrounged what savings he had to buy the nicest suit he could afford.
The jacket hung loose around his thin frame and the pants were too long. Still, Kent walked into the station like he was dressed in the most expensive glad rags.
Fitz and Sanders gave him a hard time, but their words dissipated when Chandler gave an approving nod in his direction.
The joy Kent felt was better than a million pounds.
