That's fantastic! In my fitness news I managed to carry Ben from one end of the gym to the other, twice! I felt like an ant trying to carry some giant delicious morsel home.
Also I've bought some nike free shoes which are not hurting my knees at all and working the hell out of my calves.
yeah me too! I just found out that one of the red belts (top level) at my kung fu kwoon wears them one the mat for sparring - she is the scariest female I know and she kicks seven different types of ass. Now I really really want them.
Hey, what grip do you use for those phenomenal weights? Also, does that include the bar? I'm never sure how other people do it - I tend to just count plates.
