You're right about the three you named (and Binder and Weisinger are present).
I have to say I just love the way Jack Williamson is standing. With all respect to him as a writer and a person, he just looks like such a high school nerd. It's great.
Is the dapper gentleman in the center of the back row Robert Bloch? I am now officially out of guesses.
Doc, on a completely different subject, you posted about the GREEN HORNET tv show a week or so ago. No doubt because of the new film, the SyFy channel is going to have a marathon of GH episodes on Tuesday. I'll be glad to finally check them out.
The fellow fourth from the right? He's best known as a Lovecraft follower. Robert Bloch is not in this picture.
There is a guy whose initials spell a tree, though...
The best thing about most of the new remake movies is that the older material often becomes available as a tie-in. I am certain blank DVDs will recording tomorrow and heck, even some trusty old VCRs will getting blank casettes put in as the Hornetathon begins.
Let me add that the guy in the back row in the light suit standing at the far right, is Otis Adelbert Kline. In the front row, with the light-colored pants is Manly Wade Wellman. (I can't get over his naming his son just "Wade Wellman," implying the kid is not as Manly.)

Is there a Binder and a Weisinger in there somewhere?

I assume that this is the Futurians, their rival group, or the attendance at an early SF Convention?

I'm not sure if this was a regular group or just a chance gathering at a convention, but that's an awesome collection of talent there.
