I'm getting really excited now. Wedding is 2 weeks time! Tried on my dress for the 1st time yesterday. Fits me just perfectly. Everything is just coming together nicely. A patient on my ward got cancelled because of unstable angina today. I had to call the next patient on the waiting list to tell them to come in tonight for an operation tommorrow. It was a lovely 75 year old lady. She was soo over the moon, it actually gave me a real buzz today. Never done that before since its normally the secretaries that do it. ( Read more... )
