That sounds great! The only other amputee dog I've known took to three-legged life without a qualm. The relief from pain must be a great thing for him.

I wonder if the balance problem (which he will probably get over) is a result of Harry not fully understanding that he isn't walking straight any more (because his support is a tripod, but his direction of travel isn't from center-of-base to tripod-point, so his body wants to be canted with respect to his direction of travel and his brain hasn't fully caught up).
