My little sis, her husband and their dog (my nephew Lewis) came to visit this weekend. It was the first time for both James & Lewis, although Nikki has been twice before. They both seemed to like the flat which is good :) Lewis had to have a good sniff in every corner and crevice, and got a bit freaked by my china cat - which lead to him skidding

I bet your favourite part of the weekend was showing off your now sparkling clean flat.

I nearly got busted! I was making out like I had tidied the flat especially for her visit (well I did pay someone to do it especially for her visit so it wasn't a total lie). Then we bump into Brian outside and he asks me how the cleaning went! Agghhh. I answer really well and change the subject. Nikki never mentions it.

But then Monday I saw Brian and explained that I didn't continue the conversation as Nikki didn't know I had paid soemone to do the cleaning, and he said "oh so that explains the face she made when I mentioned it". Oops. Not sure if she knows and is just not mentioning it, or whether I got away with it.
