That would be neat, but why go so far as to say he was burakumin and a janitor? I think it would have been a closer reference if they'd just said he was an unlicensed genius doctor. Or even stated the reason why BJ refuses a license.

Yeah, it was the episode 'Son of a Coma Guy' (S3E07), I knew this because it is one of my favorite episodes.
I like your theory and I don't care what the House Fans says over there in the other post you made (I'll cut it what I think about the House Fandom right now. There's is a good reason why I'm much, much more into Black Jack right now then into House). We know their show but I really doubt it that anyone of them knows anything about Black Jack.
So, from my point of view this is really interesting and thank you very much for posting this :D
