Snow day fun

I got a snow day today (both of the colleges I had classes at today were closed for the day) -- yippee! Of course, I should be spending the day grading papers or working on all the house tasks, but instead I am making valentines. What fun! I've made two so far:

Both of those are wonderful, but I especially like the divided hearts one

Thanks! I like the use of black-and-white fabric in that one, too. I did some quilting in the striped background with matching metallic threads, so it doesn't show up much in the picture, but it gives some dimension.
