Doubles is overrated. WAY overrated.I wanna know how the weeks can go by so fast without anybody noticing. Prolly all the homework. I don't think I've read and analyzed so many books in so little time before. Geez. Even tennis practice seems to take no time at all, some days. Guess we're all falling into a rhythm or something. Last tournament went ( Read more... )

Thank you, Echizen. I suspect I may be nearing the end of my doubles career.

If your father would like to discuss his observations with me, I would be glad to have his input.

[ooc: I think Tezuka's in one of his evil moods. XD]

I have no preference, really. I simply recognize my weaknesses. Of course, ideally, I would like to overcome them. And realistically, I even believe it to be possible.

Hm? What did he say to you?

It does seem like the days are just racing by, now, doesn't it? Time flies when you're having fun, na~

I'm looking forward to this summer, though. We've got all kinds of fun things planned for the club beyond the usual daily grind. I think it'll be fun.

Don't forget, though, that you have the senior/freshman trip coming up. ♥ We're all going to Kyoto~ it should be fun. ^^

I guess. Or at least when you have a lotta homework.

Yeah, I guess that's true. Seems like you guys have a lot of trips an' stuff planned.

... Oh, yeah, right. I guess that doesn't sound so bad either.

Ahaha. That's also true.

Well, we're planning activities to do as a club - just for fun. If there's anything I've learned in all my years in Seigaku's tennis club, there are days when you have to just go... collect vegetation on a mountain, so to speak.

If you can stand to be around all of us for a whole day, na~

... Well, I don't know of any other clubs that pick weeds on mountains, but I guess the whole team activity thing works. S'not bad to have a break from stuff once in a while.

Guess I'll hafta manage somehow, heh. Doesn't seem too bad.
