I am Dr Toby de Silva, and I am not a fraud.
I've been here for nearly six months, and I've not been sacked. I've delivered a difficult baby in a pub. I've saved a couple of lives.
There's a little problem. So far, everyone I've worked for has been... nice. They gave me cards, and Joanne gave me a skull and crossbones hat. I was just doing my pirate impression when my new consultant turned up.
We're not off to a great start. He thinks I'm a moron. I'd love to disillusion him, except I am a moron. Not even Maggie thinks I can pull this off.
This should have been Ruth's job. She must hate seeing me doing it. Maybe even more when she sees how stupid I am at it.
