Well here  I am.  It's 9:30 in the morning and I'm sitting at my desk eating vanilla ice cream with caramel and nuts in it.  It is really good so I guess everything is all ok.  I didn't go out last night after practice and I am sorry to all of those people that wanted to hang out with me (probably not many, if any).  I don' know.  It was weird.
