ага, я обратил на это внимание: "240 personnel (about 140 technical) directly managing a $2 billion budget."

тем не менее, там не сидят бюрократы нашего формата, которые уж наверняка просырали бы 90% денег...
была/есть всё-таки сознательность у тех людей - это можно увидеть, оглянувшись вокруг :)

кльова... а у нас на покупку комп. техники выделяют по 10000 баксов в год - и это на физический факультет.
