I tend to think that everyone possesses some kind of unique power. Some people are gifted athletes. Some people are blessed with a brilliant mind. Some people, like myself, just really have the uncanny ability to piss people off. I was at Friday's on, well Friday, with Andrew and at some point between being buzzed and totally and utterly inebriated

Did you ever truly evaluate the reason why you might have needed to come bearing gifts in the first place? Perhaps if there was an understanding why the gifts were needed, then an understanding of the response, or lack thereof, would be clear. Maybe a deeper look into yourself, or perhaps even a deeper look by a person that doesn't idolize you, would give you greater clarity into who you are.
