I actually didn't use a pattern. I free-formed it for the over-tunic, and just used a turtleneck and a skirt that I already owned. As for the hat, I did find that pattern online, and can probably locate it for you.

I was thinking robe with a over tunic.

Not to mention TONS of theatrical makeup
