...being charged a $10 fine for a laptop that was supposedly "1 hour overdue" when, in reality, it was 16 minutes late. Thank you, Library o' Fail. You can't even be open at 9:30 on a Saturday night, how could I expect you to be fair in your fees? Like I'm not paying enough in tuition as it is
