Haha, don't worry. The Pillars of the Earth is a monstruous book by Ken Follet. It's set in medieval times and it's also fascinating. I'm reading an e-book version because I can't find it in English in my country and... well, it's a bit too expensive for my pocket, especially since sometimes the translated version can be not as good as the original.
If you want, I cand send you the e-book. I'm reading at a really slow pace because it kills my poor eyes, but I'm enjoying it nevertheless.

And there will be a series starting on September, BBC production.
