My initial thoughts:
- THE COSTUMES ARE SO PRETTY
- Anna and Bates have their baby? :)
- George is such an adorable sweetheart!
- I really hope the bits with Thomas indicate that he's moving on and taking on the position at butler to Henry and Mary Talbot although little George saying don't go would suggest that's not the case, but still, he deserves some good news at last!
- Edith looks beautiful in the episode stills <3 And wow her outfits are gorgeous!
- I really hope the trailer scene with her and Bertie indicates good things for her, and for them
- If that's Bertie's mother with him in some of the episode stills then I'm remaining tentatively hopeful
- Aww Mr Mason is being included in the downstairs stuff
- And Daisy is still wearing her wedding ring from her heartbreaking marriage to William :')
- DID I MENTION THE COSTUMES?

Whoo the costumes!

- Mrs Hughes should do more singing.
- Please please please have some good for Thomas.
- Likewise Edith (her look when she saw Bertie again, aww... although I love that Rosamund is apparently playing matchmaker?! I love their relationship, they're so much closer than Edith is to her own mother). In fact, Edith should just marry Bertie and then hire Thomas as her butler.
- Looks like there's drama again between Mary and Henry? Ugh. Over them.
- Was that Daisy all wild-haired?! What's going on??
- Who was that girl with Tom? Was it the magazine-girl who works with Edith? Because if so I ship it.
- Welcome back Rose! Good to see you again.

This looks to be one last hurrah, stuffed to the brim in classic Downton style. Yay.
