Date #3 was a success. He's really wonderful, and he thinks I'm wonderful, too (which always helps). Dinner was good, movie was great, but the company was my favorite part.

Also, I had an idea on the way home for a crackishly awesome SGA fanvid. Sadly, I have never done a vid before in my life, and I want it to be good. How exactly does rent_a_fangirl work

Hey! I've got the vid bug bad, too, and I'm clueless. I could probably work it all out, but time is a major factor... too little of it to spare on a learning curve at the moment.

Speaking as one of the rent-a-fanfirls, I've never asked for anything either in payment or exchange. Of course, I've only written fic, so I can't speak for vidders, but I'm not sure it's a 'pay' thing. Do go check out the artists there, you might just find someone perfect for the job. I hope you do!
