Different and unusually rewarding to read. I fell in love with Dean all over again, the Dean who knows Sam so well he can even understand him soulless. Soulless Sam was nicely in character, and so was the blend of horror and humor -- that's our Show.

First of all, thank you for the fill - though that's hardly enough: this fic is absolutely amazing!
I love everything you did (totally didn't see the end coming, btw, and what an awesome ending it is!). Dean was fantastic, Soulless!Sam is perfect ( he always strikes me at the kind of character that looks easy to write but really, really isn't, so more power to you!)

Dean's line "I'm horizontal" just about killed me.

It's much more than I could have possibly asked, I honestly don't know how to thank you.

I'm so happy you liked this! Especially since I didn't follow your prompt exactly. Soulless Sam is really fun to write--this is my first attempt. A loveable sociopath until he's suddenly terrifying.

I loved it! Such a clever twist that Dean was really the one in control from the start and for such a reason, because we know he'd do anything for Sam. I liked how even though we were in Dean's head for the whole time it was still a slow reveal. I liked the whole tone of the fic - Dean's voice was just the right mix of humour and resignation and determination.

"Maybe everyone was always naked to Death." Indeed we are.

Thank you for this wonderful feedback! I'm so leery around dub-con, but it was fun to play with who was actually manipulating who. In the end, it was Sam who didn't know what he was in for. And I'm so happy the reveal worked! Haha, that kind of subtlety is usually not my strong suit.
