Less money than I had hoped for, but that is, once again, due to DDP screwing me. My offer was partly based on my previous salary. Eh, I'll be where I was hoping to be in a year, with their scheduled pay increases.

So, even after my mis-step, I got an offer. Which would be great... if I wanted to move to Redondo Beach.
It would have been a perfect opportunity, had I got the offer right out of school. Now I have other responsibilities, and commitments, which preclude such a move.
Hopefully FedEx comes through with that offer soon.

So, what the worst possible impression one could possibly make on a potential employer?
My vote goes for: Missing a $700 flight, that they paid for, to their interview on the other side of the country.
But I won't really know if that is #1 until I get someone on the phone tomorrow morning.
