shrimp creole and energy drink

I am currently eating my dinner: enough shrimp creole for two dinners ($4 at verdi mart), a Von Dutch energy drink, a Hubig's pie, cigarettes, high spirits (non-alcoholic thusfar), and enough Decemberists to rock my socks off. That's kinda exactly what happened to me here in Oklahoma City.

I immediately found the people I was meant to know.

At Starbucks (shhh - different culture here, I know it's a shame to say that Starbucks is a staple here, but it is)

But...the world works in crazy ways...for everything it takes, it grants you something. For every friend you're distanced from, you find another connection.

I believe this anyway.
