i really like paula cole as well. her voice is indeed fantastic. interesting story: i found her album amen on the street a few years ago. the cd was just lying there on the sidewalk. i first thought it would just be the cover, but it also had the cd in it, without any scratches, almost as if someone deliberately put it there for someone else to find.

I felt like chunking that CD when it first came out (I didn't)
It was kinda okay, but it paled in comparison to her other works, or I just didn't get it.

I got to see Paula Cole some years back, opening for Melissa Etheridge. I found her quite enchanting. "Me" is my favorite song, by far.
So glad you had such a wonderful experience!
