Hell. Yes. This isn't a time for wallowing in mistakes of the past or reveling in old and outdated successes; it's a time for the promise of Our Future, and the world that lies before us.

Ahem, technically Obama is a Boomer. That aside, his vision is so very much in the future, so fresh that I'm sure he won't go back. AND he's smart enough to surround himself with wise counselors.

I haven't felt like this for a candidate since I was a freshman in high school.......er, that would be 1960, you can look it up.

Oh BTW, I know your brother - he also knows when to ask for help, rises to challenges that some said were impossible and he has good counselors. And he's voting Obama, too.

Exactly. He's just in a position where I think he'd be amazing, really make a difference. I can feel this buzz in the air, in the energy.

SI, MI AMIGO!! I haven't voted yet, and I'm SO EXCITED.

I actually need to do that tomorrow-- I might take the bus to do it tomorrow after work (my polling place is right next to the Hyatt on our little sneaky road that goes behind the square to get to the rotary). Or, if you feel like Witnessing Democracy In Action, you can tag along. :D Wheee, primary voting!!
