40 Days and Thinking about weight.

When God created the heavens and the earth, he worked for six days and rested on the seventh.  This is why we honor the seventh day as the Sabbath day of rest.  I've been told that I spent forty weeks doing the work of creation without breaks or rests when I was pregnant with Samuel.  Hence, I'm given a day of rest for each week I worked.  Forty

It's been a year and I still have about 15 pounds to go. I know I've been slacking off. But don't be too hard on yourself. Take care and stay healthy.
