So we woke up at to the lodge dog barking mad at 5:30 am, I took a nice cold shower, and it was off in the canoe to go see the bird sanctuary. It was a ride, very mellow and relaxing. Our treck into the amazon began at 2 am on friday morning. Kathy had quite a bit to drink the night before, so he was 10 mintues late in getting us up. So after lunch, we caught a bus to go up to the top of the mountain where the cross is, overlooking the city. It took a while for us to get going on the trip, the bus kept driving around picking up passengers until there was a full bus. I cant believe that I will be home on sunday. Its just so surreal. I am totally going to miss london a shitload. I know things at home are going to be the same, and it might really suck. Well, I am coming home in 3 weeks. Leah has decided that she wants to move home, and she leave on the 24th of september. I will most likely leave around that time as well, which is good.
