Is this for curiosity's sake, or some sort of official thing like a story title? I have a B.A. in Latin, but I haven't done English to Latin in a *very* long time, so take these as possibilities that you might want a second opinion on.

Ubi vox quaeque audita est. (perhaps too literal)

Quo vox quaeque audita.

Quo loco opinio quaeque percepta. (more abstract/metaphorical)

Not a story title, but something I want to use in a novel. It's the golden inscription on the door that leads to King Arthur's Round Table ...

Mmmm, thanks. Would that I had taken composition, either for Latin or Greek, but I never managed to fit it into my schedule.
