Before I got into writing and editing I was very serious about acting (got a dramatic scholarship to college!) So I have something of a performance background and had no qualms about doing the reading. Also, while the full reading goes about two hours, I did a reading of the first thirty minutes of the story at the World Fantasy Convention last year. For some unfathomable reason I had a packed house, and the response to my reading was rather enthusiastic, with people I didn't know coming up to me the next day and saying the enjoyed my reading (!) So when Pete told me we could record our own stories, I was confident that most listeners would enjoy listening to me yammer. :)

So which story of yours is going to be part of the podcast? Or is it stories? :)
