"O Lord, bless this Thy Hand Grenade that, with it, Thou mayest blow Thine enemies into tiny bits... in Thy mercy." "And the Lord did grin, and the people did feast upon the lambs, and sloths, and carp, and anchovies, and orangutans....
You should apply for the Court of Day. Their passion is shame. Taken a certain way, it's all about putting people down for being over-the-top and making them feel bad about being stupid, slutty, immature, or whatever else PCs do that makes them act like PCs. It's a totally sensible, "How inappropriate!" sort of reaction for a Victorian/pulp-inspired ape of action.
At Mantle 1, they get +1 to all perception pulls (the whole "Wits + Composure for noticing stuff" check.) At Mantle 3, they get +1 Defense in close combat. At Mantle 5, they get +1 to all rolls to resist Clarity loss and to resist gaining a Derangement as a result of lost Clarity.

Jake's still hooting.
I hate you.
But I love you so much. (He wears pants with that outfit now incidently)

I heartily approve and would do everything in my power (as limited as it is) to get this character into play.
