It's a way for my various STs to see thought processes, as well as to amuse myself at work.

Don't yank your journal. I enjoy it immensely. Just punish the people who are abusing the system, that's all. Thin your Friends group down to those you can trust.

The easiest solution is to either thin the friends list or I sometimes filter *really* important charcter interactions to smaller groups. That way if the shit gets out I know who is taking this stuff IC.
